McLeans Branch Church – Cassatt area.  Former site of what may have been a Methodist Church.  Take US 1 north to Road 88 (Old Georgetown Rd.) to Road 309 (Robinson Town Rd.) to Jordan Mill Pond Rd.  Turn left on second dirt road and go 100 yards – then walk into woods 50 yards.; February 2, 1989.

Tabernacle Holiness Church – Also called Deliverance Tabernacle Holiness Church.  Located 10 mi. east of Camden via Hwy. 34 to Road 19 (Lucknow Rd.) on left and go 1.7 mi., then turn left of Road 131 (Mt. Zion Rd.) – go 9/10 mi. with church on right; 6/21/88
Thompson, Charlotte grave – Camden – 1709 N. Lyttleton Street.  Grave located in wall inside the Catholic Church sanctuary; 8/24/89
Thompson-Baker Family Cemetery – Abney area.  Take Road 20 (Lockhart Rd.) to Road 59 (Providence Rd.) but do not turn to right.  Walk into woods on edge of pasture about 20 feet to right.; 2/15/89
Thompson-Shropshire Family Cemetery – The physical location of this cemetery was never found.  It was mentioned in the estate papers of James Shropshire, Sr. 
Tillman-Dean Family Cemetery – Elgin area.  Might be an early church site.  Located 5 mi. north of Elgin via Road 101 (Sessions Rd.) about 4 mi. – turn right on Road 622 (Barfield Rd.) – go 50 yards, turning right on Anderson Court Rd.  Stop at first house to right and walk 50 yards to cemetery behind house; 7/26/88
Timbercreek Cemetery – Sandy Grove area. 9 mi. east of Camden.  Take Hwy. 15 (Old Stagecoach Rd.) to Road 451 (Timbercreek Rd.) – turn right and go 1 mi. – turn into drive on left.  Cemetery is located in woods to right of house; 3/7/88
Timrod Baptist Church – Timrod area.  6 mi. north of Bethune via Hwy. 346 (Timrod Rd.), on left; 7/21/88; 10/91
Truesdale, Jesse E. Family Cemetery – Flat Rock area.  Take US 521 to Raod 58 (Flat Rock Rd.) to Flat Rock Quarry on right and house on left.  Cemetery is located in field to right of house; 1988
Truesdel, J. C. Family Cemetery – Charlotte Thompson area.  Take US 521 to Road 12 (Black River Rd.) to Raod 568 (Community Center Rd.), turn right and go 1.9 mi., turn in driveway on right; 1988

Union Baptist Church – Elgin – 2 mi. northeast of Elgin off Road 349 (Chestnut Rd.) and Road 21 (Smyrna Rd.) – church is on the left; 10/17/88; 10/91
Unknown – slave cemetery – Lugoff area.  10 mi. west of Camden – Hwy. 601 to Hwy. 12 to Road 627 – no markers – belive it is a slave cemetery connected to the English Plantation.
Unknown – slave cemetery (2) – Go 6 mi. up US 97 – turn left  on Road 632 – continue onto dirt portion for 1.1 mi. to bend in road – Stop!  Walk west (uphill) at least 50 yards – 100 unmarked – 50 stones; 8/12/89
Wateree Baptist Church – Camden area.  Haile Street – on right at Gardner Street.   Founded 1889, this church was originally called Pine Creek Baptist Church; 3/31-4/2/88; 1990
Watts, L. M. grave – Red Hill area.  This grave is located near the Ebenezer A.M.E. Zion Church cemetery, according to Elizabeth Hough.  This church is found via US 521 to Road 58 (Flat Rock Rd.) to Road 40 (Baron DeKalb Rd.) to Road 597 (Ebenezer Church Rd.) – on right; 1960
Weeping Mary Baptist Church –  Lugoff area.  10 mi. southwest of Camden via US 601 and Road 627 (Kennedy Rd.) to right, stopping at chain gate on right.  Walk 50 yards down lane to church.  Many sunken graves with no markers; 5/17/88
Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church – Take US 521 south and travel 4.7 mi. with church on the right; 4/9/88
White Oak Baptist Church (1) – 11 mi. north of Camden via US 97, turn left at Road 40 – go 5/10 mi., turn right on clay road – go 100 feet – cemetery on left.  Many unmarked graves here.  Former site of White Oak Baptist Church; 9/91
White Oak Baptist Church (2) – Lake Wateree area.  9 mi. northwest of Camden via US 97 – on right near White Oak Creek; 3/22/88
Williams Estate Cemetery – Lugoff area.  6 mi. southwest of Camden via US 1 south to Road 133 (Lachicotte Rd.) – travel 1.1 mi. and turn left at Road 38 (Ward Rd.).  Go 2/10 mi. and look for sign with Cemetery Lane on right.  Walk 75 yards across field to woods – graves scattered throughout the woods; 7/26/88
Williams Family Cemetery (3) – Off Hwy. 15 in Sandy Grove Community.  According to Cliff Humphrey, there are no markers except stumps. 
Williams Family Cemetery  (4) –  Buffalo area – Road 20 and Road 87 to dirt road.  We never located this cemetery.
Williams, Robert Family Cemetery – Kershaw area.  Leaving Kershaw going toward Camden, about 3 mi., on left side of road, white house set back from road, passing on a short distance, you reach a plantation road on your right, former owner – Hoyt Stover – old farmroad to graveyard is reached just before his house – still on your right – follow it short distance into the woods, 4 graves and a hole where Rev. Elias Lynch Fraser b. 29 April 1809 d. 2 June 1851 was moved to Old Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Lancaster.  He was h/o Ann E. Williams, dau. to Robert Williams; surveyed many years ago by Hazel Parker Jones, Kershaw, SC.
Young Family Cemetery – Cassett area.  Take US 1 north to Road 88 (Georgetown Rd.), turn left, go to Road 309 (Robinson Town Rd.), turn right – go to Road 526 (Beaver Dam Rd.) – turn left on dirt road and go to Road B308 (no name) – on right at hill; 1987
Young, Lovick Family Cemetery – Timrod area.  Drive north on US 1 (Jefferson Davis Highway) to Bethune, turn left on Road 341 (Main St.) – go to Road 346 (Timrod Rd.), turn right, go 3 mi., turn right onto dirt road.  Drive through woods until you reach a clearing.  Depressions indicate graves where stones were victims of vandalism.  Newspaper accounts and Pine Tree Presbyterian Church records give names of those buried on Lynchwood Plantation. 
Zion Hill A.M.E. Zion Church – Sunny Hill area.  Not at present church.  8 mi. north of Camden via US 97 to Lorick-Horton Rd., turn right and go 2 mi. – turn right on Vaughn Mill Pond Rd. – go 5/10 mi. with former church site on left – turn into dirt lane with cemetery straight ahead; 4/13/88

Bethany Baptist Church – Westville – originally called Hickory Head Baptist Church – 14 mi. north of Camden, off Road 149 and Road 789 (Old Hickory Head Rd.) – on left.  Right third of cemetery; 8/5/91
Blair Cemetery – From Camden, drive northeast on Jefferson Davis Highway (Hwy. 1) 27 mi. to the town of McBee.  There, at the stoplight, turn left at the intersection onto Highway 151.  Drive north 5.8 mi.  At the crest of a hill, turn left onto a dirt road.  Drive as far as possible on this road.  When it ends, the cemetery may be found on the left.; 12/91
Community Bible Church –  12.5 mi. east of Camden via US 521 to Road 12 (Black River Rd.) to Road 18 (Red Hill Rd.) – on right, after Lee County line; 11/2/91
Goff Family Cemetery (2) – Elgin area.  Adjacent to Hillcrest Baptist Church cemetery.  These tombstones were included in H.B.C. Cemetery survey and should have been separated.; 11/12/91
Mulberry Cemetery – 8 mi. southeast of Camden.  Take US 521 south to Mulberry Lane on right.  Addition to information in Book Two, Kershaw County Cemeteries.
Phillips, Lewis Family Cemetery – Buffalo area.  Take US 521 north to Road 20 (Lockhart Rd.) to dead end with Road 701 (Threatt Rd.).  Info from 1870 Kershaw County Census.  Buffalo Twp., p. 165.
Scotch Cemetery – Bethune area.  Addition to information in Book Two, Kershaw County Cemeteries.
Stokes, Ervin James Family Cemetery – From Bethune, drive south on Highway 341 to the intersection with Old Stagecoach Rd.  Turn right and drive 7/10 mi.  On the right is a residence where permission to visit the cemetery must be obtained.  Appreciation is expressed to William H.
