They may not win due to my not receiving and/or not being able to post their bid(s) BEFORE the ending set auction time. PLEASE keep this in mind when bidding.
You may place a "high" bid during the auction. This means that you can send an email placing the "highest" amount you are willing to pay for a book that is on auction however, I am not always able (due to time) to notify you when your high bid has been overbid. You will need to keep checking & REFRESHING your page often near closing of the auction.
Please keep in mind to REFRESH your page. Keeping a web page open without refreshing it will not reflect up to date auction bids. If you do not refresh your page, you may see yourself as the current high bidder, when actually the page has been updated reflecting another bidder as the current high bidder. You will NOT know this if you do not REFRESH your page.
Highest and most current bids will be posted.
Books are placed on the auction page for a certain period of time which will be shown on the auction page.
All books are in very good condition unless otherwise stated on the auction page with the description of the book.
ALL books on our auction have been "PREVIOUSLY OWNED" by someone since they have ALL been donated. Previously owned indicates that the books may have markings, highlights, check marks, underlining, folded pages, labels and/or other, which has come from normal use of the book. If you have ANY questions about the condition of a "previously owned" book, please write to me before bidding.
Description of books with author's name, year of publication, publisher and any other pertinent information is provided on the auction page with each book that is to be auctioned, provided this information is available to me.
All bids must provide a valid email address. In the case of an invalid email address, the book for which a person wins the bid will return to the auction block immediately for rebidding. It is the responsibility of all bidders to check the auction page often for bid updates.
Copy & Paste the entire book entry description listed on the auction page in your email to ensure that I know which book you are bidding on. If you do not know how to copy & paste, please include atleast the entire title of the book in your email bid.
Auction page will be updated at least every 48-72 hours except for the last three (3) days of the auction. During the last three (3) days, the auction page will be updated at least once every 24 hours.
Notification to the winning bidder will take place shortly after the bidding on a particular book has closed with information for payment and mailing processing. Upon notification, payment must be received within 7 days. So, if you can't pay immediately, you shouldn't be bidding.
Books will be mailed to the address given by winning bidder.
Books can only be mailed within the continental U.S.
Shipping and Handling charges are shown with each book item on the auction page.
Winning bids are to be paid by US POSTAL MONEY ORDERS ONLY!!!!!
