Books that appear on the PGA Book Auction Fundraiser have been
generously donated from various sources and the proceeds they generate are designated to help the continuation of the Association and its website.
ALL bids must be emailed to PGABookAuction@AOL.COM.
I do not have the time to check the regular PGA email address near the
closing of the auction. Previously, many bidders have emailed their bids to PalmettoGenAssoc@aol.com and auction time had expired therefore lost the bids.
The email button located at the top right of this page and the auction page are to PGABookAuction@aol.com, please use it when sending email on a bid to
ensure it comes to the correct email address.
Copy & Paste the entire book entry description listed on the auction page in your email to ensure that I know which book you are bidding on. If you do not know how to copy & paste, please include atleast the entire title of the book in your email bid.
All bids must provide a valid email address. In the case of an invalid email address, the book for which they bidded will return to the auction block immediately for rebidding. It is the responsibility of all bidders to check the auction page often for bid updates.
Auction page will be updated at least every 48-72 hours except for the last three (3) days of the auction. During the last three (3) days, the auction page will be updated at least once every 24 hours.
Notification to the winning bidder will take place shortly after the bidding on a particular book has closed with information for payment and mailing processing. Upon notification, payment (US Postal Money Orders ONLY) must be received within 7 days.
So, if you can't pay immediately, you shouldn't be bidding.
